They are safe and on impact can break but they do not shatter like glass and do not create dangerous splinters. You will find both high windshields, for maximum protection from air and rain, and low ones; the basses have a more dynamic line, they protect most of the body from the air but leave the face uncovered; when accompanied by deflectors, they greatly increase shoulder and arm protection.
